Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Location: Pune

Educational Qualification:

  • Mandatory: Any Associate Degree / Diploma (Graduation preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing.

Salary:

  • ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Description (Version 1 – New Business Development Focus):

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers effectively.
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate deals to close new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Job Description (Version 2 – Account Management & Client Relationship Focus):

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the key contact for client inquiries, support, and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
