Candidate Should Be Have Good Communications Skills
He Have Good Managing Skills
Must Be Have 5+ Year of Experience of Handling Customer
Salary its Depand on last Drawn and Hike on Current Salary (8-12 Lpa )
EXPERIENCE 4-5 year
Job Responsibilities
Sound Knowledge of manufacturing process of Sheet Metal
RFQ Management, Quotation preparation (Mass Production & Proto Parts) & submission to customers.
Coordinates with cross functional groups like Design/Manufacturing/Sourcing to provide best manufacturing and Cost optimization solutions.
Feasibility & Cost work out for new projects & estimating process & costing of tools, welding gauges & fixtures etc.
Weekly review of RFQ Status and Priority Fixation with all concerned departments.
Monitoring projects as per timeli ne & ensure that all the activities during all phases of development go smoothly.
Recognize areas for improvement and communicate them to senior management to ensure continual improvement.
Hands on Experience to Handle APQP, PPAP, PFMEA & ECN Activity.
Having a good knowledge of AUTOCAD Software.
Hands on Experience to Handle Customer complaints, queries & ECN Control.
Encourages the subordinates to involve in 5S, QC and other improvement activities
