Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations to achieve targets, including lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion into new markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for sales performance.
- Ability to identify challenges and implement creative solutions for customers and the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in interior architecture or related field (B2C/B2B).
- Strong understanding of product knowledge, sales strategy, marketing management, financial sales, presentation skills, communication skills, network & business development.
Fluent English language proficiency required; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized furniture and interior solutions.
- In-depth understanding of furniture design, materials, finishes, and interior dcor trends.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences within the interiors and furniture industry.
