Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales operations to achieve targets, including lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for sales performance.
  • Ability to identify challenges and implement creative solutions for customers and the business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in interior architecture or related field (B2C/B2B).
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge, sales strategy, marketing management, financial sales, presentation skills, communication skills, network & business development.
  • Fluent English language proficiency required; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized furniture and interior solutions.

  • In-depth understanding of furniture design, materials, finishes, and interior dcor trends.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences within the interiors and furniture industry.
