The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, nurturing relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, TA Leaders, CXOs), and driving revenue growth through strategic business development in the staffing & recruitment domain.

Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking events. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across industries like IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, etc. Pitch recruitment services (permanent, contract staffing, RPO, executive search, etc.) tailored to the client's hiring needs.

Lead the end-to-end client acquisition process – from lead generation and proposal creation to pricing negotiation and onboarding. Coordinate with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure effective fulfilment of client mandates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/tools, and provide regular updates to management on client pipeline and revenue forecasts.

Build long-term strategic relationships to grow accounts into high-value partnerships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategy. Required Skills & Experience:3–8 years of experience in business development or client acquisition within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets. Strong network of HR/TA professionals and decision-makers is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of recruitment processes, hiring cycles, and client expectations. Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude.
