Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Faridabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and developing lasting relationships with clients. Daily tasks include lead generation, business strategy development, communicating with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to develop strategic business plans
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field beneficial but not required
  • Experience in the home decor or retail industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
