Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our presence in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and follow-ups
- Client meetings & deal closures
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Pitching products/services to prospects
- Researching companies & decision-makers
- Establishing rapport with potential clients via calls/emails
- Attending industry events, meetings, and conferences
- Extensive travel across assigned regions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B/industrial sales
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must own a vehicle and laptop
Preferred:
- Background in industrial sales
