Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team at Hex Business Innovations, headquartered in Faridabad, Haryana. This full-time, internship opportunity requires 1 to 3 years of related experience. The role focuses on enhancing business processes and requires proficiency in data analysis and business process modeling. This position is integral to ensuring that our clients's business operations are optimized through our innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques to effectively analyze datasets. (Mandatory skill)
  • Skilled in data visualization to present data insights clearly, using tools like Power BI or Tableau. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in business process modeling to document the current state of business operations and identify efficiencies. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong experience in SQL for querying databases and extracting meaningful data insights.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for creating interactive and insightful dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Tableau to help visualize and understand data trends effectively.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies to manage and deliver quality projects in an iterative manner.
  • Competent in requirement gathering to understand and communicate business needs effectively across different teams.
