
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of qualified leads shared by the Inside Sales/Lead Generation team.
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their requirements in detail.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing documents tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations and manage the contracting process to ensure successful deal closure.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) team to validate and align client requirements with solution offerings.
- Maintain CRM with accurate updates on lead stages, proposal status, and closures.
- Support the Account Executive team in the seamless handover of newly closed clients.
- Provide regular pipeline updates, closure status, and reports to the Sales Manager.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Must have 04 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales or sales closure roles (preferably in IT/technology solutions).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
