Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager with 2-7 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. They should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and developing sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
