As we scale our AI-Powered BFSI and Healthcare Solutions, iTCart is searching for a Regional Vice President of BFSI Operations to lead this high-impact division into its next phase of growth.


Position Overview

The IT Sales Manager at iTCart will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for our IT solutions and services. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in IT sales, client engagement, and business development. Reporting to the Regional Director or Regional Sales Head, the IT Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales lifecycle, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and expand the enterprise client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, Google, AWS, or other emerging technologies ecosystem.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  1. Revenue Growth:
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas through the acquisition of new clients and upselling to existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
  1. Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, Google, AWS, or other technologies ecosystem.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine service offerings and market positioning.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Leverage tools and platforms such as Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or any other CRM tools designated by the company to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns globally to identify and nurture leads.
  1. Product or Solution Demonstration:
  • Conduct compelling product or solution demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services and solutions.
  • Tailor demonstrations to client-specific needs and use cases to drive engagement and decision-making.
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT services with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, and related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other CRM or sales enablement tools.
  • Proficiency in delivering effective product or solution demonstrations to clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with enterprise clients across industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or government.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies or sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, SPIN Selling).
