Position Overview:

Pashtek is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our Salesforce Practice. This leadership role requires a seasoned player-coach who can both strategically drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise in Salesforce Professional Services, a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals. The VP of Sales will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop, implement, and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand our Salesforce business.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to drive revenue growth within the Salesforce Professional Services vertical. Provide coaching, guidance, and strategic direction to achieve team and company objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Pashtek's Salesforce Professional Services offering. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, creating relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning Pashtek as a preferred Salesforce partner.
  • Strategic Deal Execution: Actively manage and close large, complex deals worth $5M+ annually. Use your expertise in Salesforce services to drive sales through every stage of the cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Client & Partner Relations: Leverage relationships with key partners in the Salesforce ecosystem to generate leads, opportunities, and long-term strategic partnerships. Navigate the Salesforce partner ecosystem to enhance the sales pipeline and deliver value to clients.
  • Executive Presentations: Lead presentations and discussions with executive-level clients, demonstrating Pashtek’s thought leadership and ability to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (delivery, marketing, customer success) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key sales metrics, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Develop and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Qualifications:Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the Salesforce Professional Services consulting space.
  • Proven success in closing strategic deals worth $5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Significant experience as a player-coach, balancing direct sales activities with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce partner ecosystem and the ability to generate leads and opportunities from it.
  • Skills:
  • Expert-level sales knowledge in Salesforce, including implementation, managed services, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences.
  • Highly authentic, disciplined, and persuasive, with a track record of success in complex deal negotiations.
  • Ability to present technical and business value propositions clearly and confidently.
  • Other Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services offerings, including cloud platforms and related business solutions.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment while collaborating across global teams.
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift (aligning with US clients) to ensure effective communication and coordination with clients in North America
