Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic and dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. This role would then convert to a full-time position. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments and to contribute to the growth of our organization. To be successful as a Sales Manager, you should have grit, the ability to learn on your feet, superb attention to detail, and discipline. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time role for immediate joining only. First 3 months will be probationary period.

Responsibilities:

  • Role involves at least 70% of time to be on the field site with clients and partners and the remaining 30% in the office
  • Complete Assigned Tasks: Perform duties across different departments such as sales (both on the field and inside), finance, operations, and supply chain.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss their needs and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Cross-Functional Learning: Gain insights into the functioning of each department and learn to handle disputes effectively.
  • Active Participation: Attend meetings and site visits to understand the business operations thoroughly.
  • Contribute to Improvement: Provide support and suggestions for operational enhancements.
  • Documentation and Record Maintenance: Keep documents and records diligently and ensure all documentation is prepared accurately.
  • Performance Evaluations: Participate in evaluations to assess progress and areas for development.

  • Should be comfortable traveling within Bangalore for meetings, site visits, demos, and presentations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must know Kannada - conversational
  • Able to work in a fast growth environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Microsoft Excel Proficient
  • Looking for immediate long-term full-time long term employment only
  • Required work experience: Fresher with up to 6 months of work experience
  • Live in or around Bangalore
  • Open to working on-site, on field and from the office

  • Out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed
