Job Description: Technical Sales Engineer / Manager - Industrial Adhesives & Silicone Sealants -

Location : Pune, Aurangabad, Nasik, Baroda, Kolhapur

Experience - 3 to 10 years in Industrial Products - Experience in similar products is preferred.

CTC - Rs 4 lacs to Rs 10 lacs


Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer / Manager to join our team and drive the sales of industrial adhesives and sealants within our targeted market segments. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering comprehensive adhesive and sealant solutions to meet their requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Understand clients' specific needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored adhesive and sealant solutions.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our industrial adhesive and sealant product offerings, their applications, and benefits.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting in product selection.
  • Product Presentation and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical seminars to showcase the features and advantages of our adhesives and sealants.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop and present innovative solutions that address client pain points.
  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Identify potential markets, industries, and clients for our adhesive and sealant products.
  • Negotiation and Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to industrial adhesives and sealants.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve our products and services based on market feedback.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the sales team, technical support, and management to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; additional business or sales qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial adhesives and sealants industry.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex product specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
