Diverse Role Recruitment
- Source, assess, and hire candidates for IT roles such as developers, engineers, project managers, and analysts, as well as non-IT and Industrial role
- Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the unique requirements of IT and non-IT positions
Active and Passive Sourcing
- Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other platforms to identify active candidates
- Implement passive hiring techniques, engaging top-tier talent who are not actively seeking new roles
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of diverse talent for current and future hiring needs
Startup Recruitment Expertise
- Leverage experience in startup hiring to adapt to evolving needs, tight deadlines, and high-growth scenarios
- Build scalable hiring processes that can support rapid organizational growth
Candidate Experience Management
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions
- Establish long-term relationships with potential candidates for sustained engagement
Collaboration and Strategy
- Work closely with internal Sales Team and leadership to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Act as a strategic partner by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on hiring strategies
Market Trends and Metrics
- Stay informed about trends in IT and non-IT recruitment, including tools, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine hiring processes and improve results
Qualification
Experience
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on both IT and non-IT role
- Proven success in sourcing for diverse positions in startups or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle across multiple domain
Skill
- Strong knowledge of IT and non-IT job functions, tools, and terminology
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platform
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skill
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
