The ideal candidate will have sales experience, the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, be comfortable working across multiple complex functions and the capability to influence external parties. The ideal candidate will have experience in data science and automation, strong analytical skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. The candidate should be comfortable working with various stakeholders, interfacing with technology systems, and utilizing data to drive actionable business decisions. You will be responsible for automating processes, analyzing data, and applying insights to optimize seller performance on e-commerce platforms.


Job Location: Bangalore

Salary Range: 6 LPA


Preferred Qualifications:


• 1+ years of account management experience in data science, automation engineering, or related fields

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

• Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media is an advantage

• Strong foundation in data reporting, automation, and analysis

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and automation tools for data processing

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts like neural networks, NLP, and computer vision

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, GST) and proficiency with MS Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


Responsibilities


• Data Analysis & Automation: Utilize data science tools and automation techniques to enhance operational efficiencies for sellers on the platform.

• Seller Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with sellers, providing clear, actionable insights to improve their business performance.

• Process Optimization: Automate and optimize key operational processes to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.

• Business Analysis: Perform deep dive analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement, publishing recommendations based on data insights.

• Technical Leadership: Partner with internal teams to implement new technologies and train stakeholders on using automation and data analysis systems.
