Business Development Manager - HCM Product
Purpose of the Role:
Generate new revenue by creating new business opportunities and on time receivables to enhance the cash flow and growth of the company.
Lead the marketing team to create prospective leads.
Responsibilities & Accountability:
To Develop the annual marketing plan for my region/ market/ area while keeping in view the targeted customer segments (existing and prospects), marketing budget and overall business plan.
Need to Launch targeted marketing programs as per the calendar and ensure smooth execution in-order to expand the reach, increase the funnel size, increase conversion, and maximize the revenue per customer.
To Create the briefs for various marketing initiatives/ campaigns and work with different teams internally and externally (agencies) to develop impactful content.
To Provide inputs basis internal & research data, to the business head for defining the size of opportunity based on analysis of target customer data and maximizing the conversion across the funnel through targeted marketing initiatives.
Establish a process for tracking and monitoring campaign milestones to provide pre and post campaign reporting analysis and recommend next steps
To Support new business initiatives, wherever required, by designing and executing campaigns and marketing events.
To achieve the additional business growth in Construction functions.
Need to Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
Need to Manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data
Need to Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Need to Research the market and industry trends
Need to Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
Need to Perform any other duty as assigned in line with the organization goals and objective
