Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Team Lead, located in Kolkata. The B2B Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a sales team, meeting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes managing the daily operations of the team, mentoring team members, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into active opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos. Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to deal closure . Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders. Track and report team performance, sales pipeline, and revenue projections. Provide regular feedback, guidance, and training to sales team members. Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and reporting systems. Salary Range Between 50000- 60000ctc Per Month Ctc
