The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating customized solutions for business needs. Additional responsibilities include providing market insights, meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and managing sales pipelines effectively to drive business growth. Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients. Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Handle the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain client data and update sales reports using CRM and Excel. Understanding of Sales CRM tools and experience in Pipeline Management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in relevant industries such as adventure, outdoor lifestyles, or related fields is a plus
