Primary Responsibilities: Manage Sales Order booking in the Infor (ERP) system accurately and on time. Maintain and update Tender Sheets on a daily basis. Track, manage, and monitor tender opportunities on various government portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other eProcurement sites . Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, Operation, Planning, Procurement team to ensure timely tender submissions and compliance with documentation requirements. Regularly interacts with external customers, contractors and System Alliance Partners. Essential Skills: . Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with tendering formats. Good communication and documentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Desirable Skills and Experience: Exposure to government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, MSTC, etc.). Personal Attributes: Highly motivated self-starter. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Strong long-term commitment to making the company a success.
