We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization , along with a deep technical understanding of the platform. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring and guiding developers to deliver high-quality results aligned with business objectives. Location: Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026) Employment Type : Full Time Develop complex and scalable Salesforce code solutions while guiding the development team on best practices and optimal implementation. Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization as required. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices. Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices , and proactively share knowledge with the team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limitations and the ability to design efficient solutions within or around those constraints. Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce development. Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior or lead developer role . Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community (Experience) Cloud . Salesforce certifications preferred — Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II . Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Fluent in English (speaking and writing) . Immediate onboarding preferred (within 2 weeks maximum). Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you’ll work from home — requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. From January 2026 , this role will transition to on-site at our Kolkata office , with occasional work-from-home flexibility. #
