Position Overview:
The BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing Manager will lead and execute on-ground marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role involves planning, managing, and monitoring BTL campaigns while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners. The position requires extensive travel outside Mumbai to oversee activations and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute impactful BTL marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Organize and manage events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners to ensure timely delivery of activities.
Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed post-activity reports for optimization.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align BTL activities with overall brand goals.
Ensure proper allocation and utilization of the marketing budget.
Travel extensively to oversee BTL activations and partnerships across multiple cities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
4-6 years of proven experience in BTL marketing, event management, or related fields.
Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and vendors effectively.
Analytical mindset to track ROI and suggest data-driven improvements.
Willingness to travel extensively outside Mumbai for business purposes.
