Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead ourmarketing efforts at IZI. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies thatenhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ATL,BTL, and TTL marketing, as well as a strong background in digital marketing, influencer management, and publicrelations.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketingstrategies across ATL, BTL, and TTL channels to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth. Media Buying and Campaign Optimization: Oversee all media buying activities, optimizing campaignsfor maximum ROI and effective budget allocation. Utilize analytics to refine targeting and messaging. Influencer Marketing: Manage influencer marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness andengagement. Identify and build relationships with key influencers in the industry to amplify marketingefforts. Social Media Management: Enhance social media engagement through strategic content creation andmanagement. Utilize platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and others. Direct Online ReputationManagement (ORM) efforts to uphold and enhance brand reputation. Content Creation and Coordination: Coordinate video shoots and storyboard creation to developcompelling content for various marketing channels. Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure cohesivevisual storytelling across all marketing materials. Public Relations and Communications: Supervise public relations efforts, including the development ofpress releases and media outreach strategies to promote brand visibility and reputation. Manage emailmarketing campaigns, focusing on content strategy and audience engagement. E-commerce and Catalog Management: Oversee e-commerce catalog management, ensuring effectivecontent strategy and presentation to drive online sales. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute offline exhibitions, events, awards, and podcasts,ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives. Website and SEO Management: Ensure effective website content management, focusing on SEO-drivenwriting to improve online visibility and traffic. Regularly update the website to reflect brand messagingand promotions. Digital Campaign Management: Lead paid campaign management across digital platforms, includingGoogle Ads and social media. Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achievecampaign goals. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights andrecommendations for future campaigns and strategies. Utilize data to inform decision-making andoptimize marketing efforts. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering acollaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales,product development, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Influencer Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted influencer marketing strategies thatresonate with our audience. Track and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships to ensureeffectiveness. Press Release and Media Outreach: Create and distribute press releases that effectively communicatebrand news and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure coverage. ATL/BTL/TTL Marketing Exposure: Demonstrate a solid understanding of various marketingapproaches (ATL, BTL, TTL) and how they can be integrated to maximize reach and impact. Content Marketing: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that supports brand objectivesand engages the target audience across multiple channels. Meta Advertising Experience: Leverage experience with Facebook Ads and other Meta platforms toexecute effective advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
