As a Senior Marketing Manager with Please See// you will be required to give your accounts direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for your client.


Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. You will be expected to pitch to clients, so a confident attitude is key to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits.


Equally important in your role as a Senior Marketing Manager, is how you develop your team (both accounts & creative), help them achieve their goals, and you being responsible for their growth and welfare.


You will be the conduit between the team, creative, management, and the clients, but most important to us is how you build your team and work with it.


Key Skills

  • Devise comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales and growth of brands.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to track performance and begin to identify areas for improvement quarter-on-quarter.
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • Plan and strategize at a senior level to build robust marketing plans
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs (online and offline) from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives,
  • Propose and work with the strategy team manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas


What we’d like to see:

  • A minimum of 5 years in marketing, some experience in advertising/branding agencies is advantageous
  • Experience in the FMCG snacks segment or marketing food brands
  • Experience managing key clients with high revenue impact.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
