Job Title: Customer Service Executive (US). Shift: Night Shift.

International Voice Process – Inbound.

This role involves handling inbound voice calls from international customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a frontline representative of the company, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the brand's reputation.

Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.

· Product/Service Expertise: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products or services to assist customers effectively.

· Adherence to Policies: Follow company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards during all customer interactions.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the service experience.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.

· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service software/tools.

· Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, positive work culture.

Additional Information: · Shift Work: Must be open to working night shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
