The software also supports quick item addition with a barcode scanner, multiple language transaction messages, and the creation of a free online store.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, managing customer service processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service management tasks. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Customer Service Management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
