
Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will manage air and sea export operations, provide exceptional customer service, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain strong follow-up to meet client and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day customer service activities related to air and sea exports.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of rendered services in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer profiles and documentation.
- Provide excellent communication and service support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
- (Preferred) Use CargoWise system for operational efficiency and documentation.
- Monitor shipment processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
- Perform detailed follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the freight forwarding industry (air/sea export experience preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
