Job Title: Client Success Executive

Location: Remote/ In office

Job Summary:Were looking for an energetic and friendly Client Success Executive to foster outstanding relationships with our customers and build trust through exceptional supportall from the comfort of home.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional, warm manner,
  • Accurately maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system,
  • Promptly resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency,
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and clear, positive communication in every interaction,
  • Maintain good customer relations by building strong and transparent interpersonal connection with the customers,
  • Assist with upselling when appropriate, to support business goals,
  • Ensure seamless availability during business hours,
  • Coordinate with designated senior officials and follow their instructions carefully and diligently,
  • Solve problems and issues in the most creative and effective way,
  • Should be flexible enough to handle other works as assigned by the manager,
  • Should be willing to work outside normal work hours whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Excellent and fast interpersonal relationship building ability
  • Good English communication (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent escalations handling ability
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Should be able to work under pressure
