Customer Service Executive

About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team at Not Funny, a fast-growing custom apparel brand. You'll be responsible for handling customer queries across channels (email, WhatsApp, calls) and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Track, escalate, and resolve order-related issues (delivery, payment, returns, etc.) through defined processes.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce repeated issues.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or related role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, CRM tools, Email).
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
