Job Location: Bhubaneswar Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts in the steel and mining sectors. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt communication to maintain high satisfaction levels. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring seamless delivery of products and onsite services. Account Management & Coordination: Collaborate with the sales, plant and service teams to manage client accounts effectively, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Track client interactions, service schedules, and performance metrics to optimize service delivery. Oversee the implementation of onsite chemical dosing solutions, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Feedback Collection & Process Improvement: Regularly gather feedback from clients through structured reviews and informal conversations. Identify areas for improvement in products and services, collaborating with Technical, R&D and operations teams to enhance offerings. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree Candidates with experience of min 7-10+ years of experience in client management or sales roles within the B2 B industrial or chemical /metallurgical sector Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
