Customer Support Executive Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients, ensuring swift resolution and mínimal downtime.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate guidance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference.
- **Client Communication**: Keep clients informed about the status of their reported issues, provide regular updates on resolution progress, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Escalation Management**: Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution, while keeping clients updated on the escalation process.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products and services, and relay this information to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- **Training and Onboarding**: Assist clients with product onboarding and provide training sessions to ensure they are proficient in using our solutions effectively.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product enhancements to enhance your technical expertise and better serve our clients.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Quality Assurance to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to overall business success.
