Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions
- Manage customer/Client complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
