Customer Solutions Manager – Mining

Company Description
Innocule specializes in manufacturing process chemicals and providing dosing services that enhance process and production efficiencies for large-scale clients, including major steel industries and mining companies.
Job Location: Bhubaneswar
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts in the steel and mining sectors.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt communication to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring seamless delivery of products and onsite services.
Account Management & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales, plant and service teams to manage client accounts effectively, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Track client interactions, service schedules, and performance metrics to optimize service delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of onsite chemical dosing solutions, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Feedback Collection & Process Improvement:
- Regularly gather feedback from clients through structured reviews and informal conversations.
- Identify areas for improvement in products and services, collaborating with Technical, R&D and operations teams to enhance offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Candidates with experience of min 7-10+ years of experience in client management or sales roles within the B2B industrial or chemical /metallurgical sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally as needed
