Role Description

We are hiring for the role of  Technical Sales Engineer/Manager - Mining & Metals, a full-time, on-site position located at one of the key mining clusters across India. The role involves engaging directly with clients in the mining and mineral industries to deliver technical sales solutions, generate leads, execute sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical sales activities and achieve business targets.
  • Generate leads and build strong client relationships in the mining and mineral sectors.
  • Provide technical support to clients and address product-related queries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Innocule's solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Technical Sales, Sales, and Account Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to grasp and explain Innocule's technical products effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining, Metallurgy, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred).
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of sales or operations experience in the mining/metal industries.
