As a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in defining, executing, and delivering technical projects across various domains.

You will manage project lifecycles, oversee delivery processes, and ensure that solutions meet technical and business standards.

Your ability to lead and mentor teams, coupled with your expertise in project management and delivery, will drive the success of Oasys' initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.

- Oversee and manage multiple projects across diverse technologies, including .

- NET; experience with Java projects is an advantage.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while optimizing resource allocation.

- Lead and inspire cross-functional technical teams, ensuring effective task assignment and clear communication.

- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Establish and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee project budgeting, financial tracking, and resource management to ensure cost efficiency.

- Conduct regular reviews and post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and foster continuous improvement.

- Mentor and guide junior project management and technical staff, promoting professional growth.

- Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and technical excellence within the team.

- Use project management and technical tools effectively to track progress and manage deliverables.

Delivery Manager Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule the delivery process, defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.

- Manage the budget and resources, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and projects stay on track.

- Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans for potential challenges.

- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including team members and clients, to keep all parties informed of progress.

- Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet delivery goals.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Work with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs and Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a strong track record of managing NET and Java projects.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, as well as technical platforms.

- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

- Experience working with diverse technologies and teams, with a focus on ERP, web development, or software delivery projects.

- Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.

- Demonstrated leadership ability and a commitment to fostering innovation and excellence
