Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of RESCO projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Oversee tender preparation, bidding processes, and contract finalization. Supervise project implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Maintain optimal operation of projects post-delivery, including handling preventive and corrective maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in solar plant management or similar roles. Strong understanding of RESCO project operations. Expertise in tendering, project planning, and maintenance protocols. Leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
