Job Overview :
As a Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) at Spixar, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations across multiple regions. You will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in business development, team management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for your zone.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Assistant Managers and Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to ensure performance excellence.
Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new markets, drive business growth, and expand Spixar's reach.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through innovative sales approaches.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and optimize sales processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business goals.
Reporting: Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Key Requirements :
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in digital marketing, financial services, FMCG, or related industries.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage large teams and drive sales performance.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, financial products, and grassroots promotion strategies.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and close high-value deals.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
Result-Oriented: Passionate about achieving and exceeding business targets.
