Position : Business Development/Client Relationship Manager– Mid Markets in Debt Advisory
Job Description: We are looking for an entrepreneur mindset to Head our Mid-Market vertical primarily for Debt Advisory. An ideal candidate for the opening shall be a Professional with ~ 5 years of Work Experience in Business Development / Credit Appraisal / Credit Analyst working with Bank / NBFC/Credit Rating Agencies / Other Market Intermediaries.
Responsibilities:
· Business Development - Conduct direct cold calling across sectors to generate leads and explore business opportunities.
· Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients to explain our business proposal and offerings
· Should be able to work independently to generate his own leads and bring it to a closure stage for the company
· Must have a good understanding of the financial statements, Relationship management, and liaise with the clients from the operations perspective
· Support the operations team in structuring the transaction and closure
· Heading Business Development in Mid Markets and maintaining relationships with Clients / DSA / other intermediaries
· Understand client financial requirements along with acumen to fit the same in available credit products in the market.
· Develop and implement a business development strategy
Requirements:
1. 3 to 10 years of experience in Business Development / Credit Appraisal / Credit Analyst working with Bank / NBFC/Credit Rating Agencies / Other Market Intermediaries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain 360 Degree relationships.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. CA/ CAIIB / Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, Business Administration or related field.
