As a Product Manager in our IT department, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our Saa S and Fintech products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities. You will also be responsible for defining product requirements, working with our engineering team to deliver high-quality products on time, and collaborating with our marketing team to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Prioritize product opportunities and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. Foster a culture of innovation and customer focus. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer focus, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs. They should also have strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Collaboration and attention to detail are also key, as the role involves working closely with various teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Creativity is also important, as the role involves developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs and market trends. Functional Competencies Saa S: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Software as a Service (Saa S) products. This includes knowledge of how these products are developed, deployed, and maintained. They should also understand the unique challenges and opportunities associated with Saa S products, such as subscription pricing models and cloud hosting. Product Management: The candidate should have experience in managing a product's lifecycle from conception to launch. This includes market research, product development, and marketing strategies. They should also be able to work with crossfunctional teams to ensure the product meets the company's goals and customer needs. Fintech: The candidate should have knowledge of financial technology and its applications. This includes understanding of how technology is used to improve and automate the delivery and use of financial services. This includes understanding trends, identifying problems, and finding solutions. Collaboration: The candidate should be able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
