Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.

Brand Management:

- Build and enhance the company's brand presence across domestic and international markets.

- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning across all channels.

International Exhibitions:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in international exhibitions and trade shows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful representation and ROI from events.

Content & Communication:

- Develop marketing content, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns to support B2B sales.

- Manage communication strategies to target diverse B2B audiences effectively.

Digital Marketing:

- Leverage digital platforms for lead generation and customer engagement.

- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Budget Management:

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring they meet set KPIs.

Key Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with substantial exposure to B2B environments.

- Proven expertise in brand management and positioning strategies.

- Hands-on experience in planning and executing international exhibitions and trade shows.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
