Position Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Head of B2B Marketing with over 15 years of experience, preferably within the FMCG sector. This leadership role involves crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth in the HoReCa and Exports segments. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in designing strategies that achieve measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies tailored to the HoReCa and Export markets, aligning them with the broader business vision to drive substantial growth.
- Market Insight and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, using insights to inform marketing initiatives and product offerings.
- Representation and Partnerships: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and B2B exhibitions to enhance visibility, establish partnerships, and identify growth opportunities in new markets.
- Brand Positioning: Lead brand messaging and ensure consistency across all B2B channels, enhancing the brand's reputation and market presence.
- Compliance for Export Markets: Oversee compliance with regulatory and certification requirements in international markets, ensuring that marketing materials, packaging, and promotions meet all standards.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and stakeholders in the HoReCa and Export sectors, identifying opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
- Global Market Assessment: Continuously monitor competitors and market conditions globally, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and professional growth.
- Campaign Oversight: Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns focused on B2B audiences, including wholesalers, distributors, and service providers.
- Digital Strategy: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact and return on Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA from a top-tier B-School is required.
- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation systems, and digital marketing tools.
