Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Sales professional for our FMCG division. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Narsinghgarh, Neemuch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales strategy, B2B sales, and general trade.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. Key qualifications include sales strategy, B2B sales, and general trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Effective Sales Strategies: Meet or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
  • Manage and Grow Relationships: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Work with Vendors and Suppliers: Ensure a seamless supply chain and product availability.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about competitors.
  • Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations: Engage with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide Regular Sales Reports and Forecasts: Keep senior management informed.
