Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for FMCG icecream products.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales plans and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue projections.
  • Assess and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales performance and market dynamics.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG industry with a focus on ice cream products.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and competitor analysis within the FMCG sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
