Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our brand's marketing initiatives, drive growth, and build brand equity across diverse channels. This role requires a forward-thinking leader experienced in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record in brand building, digital transformation, and consumer insights. You will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy, executing campaigns, and achieving business objectives in a competitive market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

- Lead market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

- Establish brand positioning, target consumer segments, and go-to-market strategies.

Brand Management & Development:

- Oversee brand-building activities to enhance brand equity and market share.

- Manage end-to-end brand strategy, including product launches, lifecycle management, and brand communications.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute innovative campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels.

- Drive engagement and customer loyalty through targeted promotional and content strategies.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.

Digital & E-commerce:

- Spearhead the digital transformation journey by expanding digital presence and leveraging e-commerce platforms.

- Utilize social media, influencers, and content marketing to increase brand visibility.

- Partner with e-commerce teams to drive online sales and optimize customer experience.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation:

- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.

- Track and optimize marketing expenditures to achieve the best ROI.

- Collaborate with finance and operations to forecast and monitor budgets effectively.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and R&D to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales targets.

- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to tailor strategies to local markets and ensure consistency.

- Lead the development of partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and media channels.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to team members.

- Set clear KPIs and performance goals to drive accountability and Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG or consumer goods.

- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles with responsibility for strategy and execution.

- Strong understanding of brand management, consumer insights, and digital marketing.

- Experience in managing large-scale marketing budgets and measuring performance through data-driven metrics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
