The Sales Head - HoReCa Business is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales strategies, market penetration, and achieving revenue targets within Company's HoReCa business. This role will lead efforts across various channels, including HoReCa business, regional hotel chains, standalone eateries, social caterers, regional cinemas, regional hospitals, and college canteens. The Sales Head - HoReCa Business will oversee all aspects of sales operations, from contract negotiation to optimizing channel sales, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth in the Foodservice segment.

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the HoReCa segment, targeting key channels such as hotels, eateries, caterers, cinemas, hospitals, and canteens.

- Client Relationship Management: Foster and manage relationships with key clients, overseeing the acquisition and retention of HoReCa customers while ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts with key clients across the Foodservice channels, ensuring favorable terms that align with Company's objectives.

- Channel Sales Optimization: Enhance market reach and sales efficiency by optimizing channel sales and distribution networks within the HoReCa segment. Collaborate closely with the distribution team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

- P&L Management: Take full accountability for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the HoReCa business segment, implementing cost-effective strategies and revenue-enhancing initiatives to maximize profitability.

- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives, developing and implementing integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.

- Market Penetration: Formulate and execute market penetration strategies to expand Company's footprint within the Foodservice sector, particularly in regional markets.

- Project Management: Lead the conception and management of sales-related projects that enhance organizational capabilities and market presence, including product launches and promotional activities tailored to the HoReCa business.

- Team Leadership & Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve individual and collective goals, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in the competitive Foodservice market.
