4. Product Expertise and Market Insight:○ Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and processes to effectively communicate their value.○ Monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and provide actionable feedback to help shape our strategy.

5. Smooth Loan Disbursal Process:○ Understand the lending process thoroughly to align borrowers and ensure a seamless path to loan disbursals, meeting clients' financial needs efficiently.

6. Reporting and Feedback:○ Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:● Proven experience in Agri sales, ideally in financial services or lending products.●Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.● Ability to work independently, travel locally, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
