  • Develop and executesales strategies to achieve revenue targets for FMCG icecreamproducts.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales teamto drive performance and foster a highperformance salesculture.
  • Oversee the development andimplementation of sales plans and promotionalactivities.
  • Collaborate with marketing andproduct development teams to align sales strategies with productofferings.
  • Monitor market trends competitoractivities and customer preferences to identify salesopportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key accounts and strategicpartners.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting andpipeline management to ensure accurate revenueprojections.
  • Assess and optimize salesprocesses to improve efficiency andscalability.
  • Provide insights andrecommendations to senior management based on sales performance andmarket dynamics.

RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Sales Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in a senior salesleadership role within the FMCG industry with a focus on icecreamproducts.
  • Demonstrated track record ofexceeding sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Strong understanding of salesstrategies market dynamics and competitor analysis within the FMCGsector.
  • Exceptional leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to inspire and develop ahighperforming sales team.
