  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for FMCG icecream products.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to drive performance and foster a highperformance sales culture.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales plans and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue projections.
  • Assess and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales performance and market dynamics.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG industry with a focus on icecream products.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies market dynamics and competitor analysis within the FMCG sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a highperforming sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics forecasting and sales pipeline management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
