Role: Head –Marketing


Location: Gurgaon

Reporting Manager: Chief Business Officer


Taggd is on its journey of solving the much-talked-about problem of finding the ready-to-hire talent at the click of a button in a unique new way. And as we traverse this journey, we are looking for our Marketing Leader, who can work with the executive team to drive the Branding, Inbound and Content Marketing efforts.


This is the role for you, if:


  • You have successfully led and scaled growth marketing strategies in a B2B setup and have decent exposure to driving Brand Initiatives.

  • You’re super organized. You love putting together processes in place to make sure all team members are aware of their responsibilities at all times and have clear expectations
  • You’re an experienced content marketer who knows on-page and off-page SEO in and out. We are starting our inbound journey and would depend on your expertise to drive this.
  • You’re well-versed in paid advertising on various platforms. Know how not to rely on them but use them to your advantage when needed.
  • Ability to think strategically (beyond just the moment), and synthesize all available information to come up with solutions with tangible impact.
  • Data-driven and results focussed. You love dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data — tracking, measuring, and evaluating outcomes to demonstrate the impact of your campaigns.
  • You’re a hustler.

Things you’ll be doing

  • Leading our entire marketing team and defining our long-term goals and the direction we’re heading as a brand
  • Devise and execute the growth marketing strategy of Taggd for both – the buyer segment and the candidate segment, through team and partners.
  • Establish product marketing systems and processes for driving self-signup customer base.
  • Coordinating with internal sales, customer success, and product teams, to present the best version of Taggd to the external world.
  • Grow Taggd’s word of mouth and brand recognition among teams and organizations




Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or a related field
  • At least 10 years of real-world experience with marketing. SaaS/Digital platform experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing the growth engine.
  • Experience leading and delivering outcomes through a team.
  • Ability to solve challenging marketing problems
