As a Product Manager in our IT department, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our SaaS and Fintech products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities. You will also be responsible for defining product requirements, working with our engineering team to deliver high-quality products on time, and collaborating with our marketing team to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities of Product Manager
- Define and manage product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform product strategies.
- Define and analyze metrics to inform the success of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of product development are aligned.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, stakeholders, and their challenges.
- Prioritize product opportunities and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and customer focus.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong customer focus, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs. They should also have strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Collaboration and attention to detail are also key, as the role involves working closely with various teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Functional Competencies
- SaaS: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) products. This includes knowledge of how these products are developed, deployed, and maintained.
