Social Media Management
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and post regularly to maintain an active presence.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to optimize content performance and audience growth.
Brand Management
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s voice, values, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Develop strategies to improve brand awareness, loyalty, and reputation in the automotive market.
Campaign strategy and Analytics
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics to track performance.
- Provide reports on campaign results and insights to inform future strategies.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline and MBA-Marketing
Relevant Experience
- 6-12 years’ relevant experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills; proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Passion for automobiles and understanding of the automotive audience.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
